Derbies in the Big Apple - 4/5/2008
After a highly successful tour of our nation's capitol, we have decided to hit the road again! We will be embarking on a mini-tour of New York City from Friday, May 2 through Sunday, May 4. We are booking gigs now, so please email Zack Langway, who is coordinating this tour, if you'd like us to sing for your school, club, office, or friends!

Cookout Concert with the Brown Derbies - 3/22/2008
Thanks to the support of Brown's Late Night Fund, the Derbies will be performing outside, on Writson Quad, on Friday, April 18 at 10pm. You bring the blanket, we'll bring the hot dogs, drinks, and music. Other acts TBA.

Did You Know?... - 2/28/2007
A fun fact from Scott Paley, Derby #46...

Masi Oka, who plays Hiro on NBC's Heroes (and who was nominated for a Golden Globe this year), was an honorary Derby during the summer of 1995 during our 2 month Japan tour. It was Masi's family that organized the tour, and Masi was our tour guide and sang with the group during the trip as a bass. Masi was also one of Kevin Bau's ('95) roommates during Kevin's senior year at Brown.

Brown Derbies take home an Oscar - 2/25/2007
Well...kind of. Davis Guggenheim, Derby #12, won an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature tonight! A = B, B kind of = C....you get the idea. Congratulations, Davis!

CD Release Concert - 1/29/2007
Join us for our first concert of the new year on Saturday, February 10 at 8:30pm! This will be the first time that our new album, We Deliver, will be available at Brown. Derbies Hit the Big Screen? - 10/19/2006
The Brown Derbies, coming soon to a movie theater near you! Well...kind of. Your Brown Derbies are being featured in an upcoming (and as of yet, untitled) documentary about collegiate a cappella! Foxo Productions will be following us and a few select groups from around the country to get a look at what goes on behind the scenes of a cappella. Check back for more information as production continues!

Parents' Weekend Concert - 10/18/2006

California, here we come... - 10/15/2006
Calling all west coast fans: the Brown Derbies are heading your way this winter! We are currently planning a tour for January 2007 to coincide with the release of our new album. The Derbies will be in the Las Vegas area from January 15 to January 17, the Los Angeles area from January 17 to January 20, and the San Diego area from January 21 to January 22. If you would like to book us for your own personal performance, contact the Musical Director, Zack Langway and check back here for our schedule as we set it!
